| 2009 The Silver Minnow (Sauvignon Blanc) |

Aroma: Enticingly fresh aromatics. Showing grassiness with pear and light tropical fruits.
Palate: Leading on to a rich creamy mid palate and a freshing finish of great persistence.
Winemaking: Picked on March 19th. free run Sauvignon juice was cool fermented in stainless steel over 3 weeks.
A small portion of Semillon was wild yeast fermented in French Oak barrels and kept on its lees for two Months before being blended with the tank fermented material giving the wine greater weight and complexity.
Analysis: 13.0% Alc/vol, pH 3.17, Total Acidity 7.8G/L

Colour: Vivid fushia pink.
Aroma: Strong aromas of red berries with lifted floral notes together with touches of musk.
Palate: Rich bright red berry fruits on entry, leading to an intense mixed berry mid palate supported by a crisp refreshing acidity giving the wine a balanced lingering finish, showing an excellent depth of flavour as a result of partial fermentation in French oak and some time on lees.
Cellaring: Our Rose is intended to be a perfectly refreshing partner to fine foods and good friends during the coming Summer months and beyond.
Analysis: 13.5% Alc/vol, pH 3.35, Total Acidity 6.5G/L

| 2007 Shiraz |

Colour: Intensely deep red with a bright rim.
Aroma: Concentrated spicy blackberry fruit and lightly charred Vanilla oak are the dominant characters at this stage.
Palate: Very rich concentrated red and black fruits on entry, Leading on to a fine liquorice and dark chocolate mid palate, Complexed by a light touch of all spice from the oak, finally finishing with firm acid and a persistent fine grippy tannin structure.
Cellaring: Whilst approachable on release, our 2006 Shiraz will Certainly develop even greater complexity over the
Next 18 months and begin to show the secondary characters of bottle age such as an overall softening and integration of the fruit and oak. We expect this shiraz to cellar well up to 2014.

| 2008 The Black Minnow (Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec) |

Colour: Vibrant red with a strong crimson rim.
Aroma: Primary fruit aromas of Black cherry and Rhubarb, typical of Sangiovese together with dark berries and spiciness provided by the Cabernet and the Malbec. Very enticing!
Palate: Generous red berry fruits on entry, filling out on to the mid palate to blackberry jubes and white pepper all balanced by firm supporting acidity. The finish is spicy with a light supple tannin structure.
Cellaring: Designed primarily for enjoyment on release, our 2006 Black Minnow will repay cellaring for up to 3 years, gaining complexity and rewarding the patient among us!
