He commenced wine making in the Languedoc region of South west France for biodynamic producer Comte Cathare.

Returning to Australia saw him commence his association with Fox Creek Wines as winemaker from 1999 to the end of 2004.

Tony's intention with Minnow Creek is to maintain his goal of sourcing the best parcels of fruit in order to craft wines which continue to reflect the full flavoured generosity for which McLaren Vale is justifiably renowned.

Small scale winemaking allows us to assert complete control over the winemaking process from picking through to bottling, in order to provide Minnow Creek customers with the truest expression of the Vales regional flavours.

Minnow Creek Wines was founded in February of 2005 and is continuing to produce limited quantities of creitcially acclaimed wines
